Small Business Showcase / Icebreaker

The Small Business Showcase Exhibits & Icebreaker will be held in the Marriott Riverfront Atrium. Be the first small business company to reserve your exhibit space. See the Exhibitor Floor Plan to select your exhibit table. The price for an Exhibit Booth is $200. All exhibit staff are expected to register for the Annual Program Review.

An icebreaker with hors d’oeuvres and drink tickets will be held among the Small Business Showcase exhibits from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.

The Small Business Showcase Atrium area will be available for set up on Tuesday, June 27th, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

A 6 ft. table, draped and skirted, with a chair and trash can will be provided for each exhibit space. You may display your exhibit within your 6 ft. space.

All exhibits need to be completely cleaned and removed from the Atrium area no later than 10:00 pm on Tuesday, June 27th.

NOTE: All incoming packages should be specifically labeled and addressed to the Exhibitor or guest receiving the package at the Marriott and marked with the name and date of the Annual Program Review.

Exhibits, boxes, materials will not be accepted more than three (3) working days prior to the Annual Program Review. Storage fees will be applied if packages arrive prior to the 72-hour grace period, or left more than 72 hours following the conclusion of the Small Business Showcase. Exhibitors will be charged directly for any applicable storage, delivery or shipping fees and are responsible for providing a method of payment.

The Marriott Riverfront nor the SAME Savannah Post will not be responsible for any loss, damage or claims for any exhibits.

See Easy Ordering and click “Event Now” using the conference name of “SAME Conference 2023. “ This will be a separate cost paid to the Marriott Riverfront.
